R&R: Life Abounds in the Swamps of Mississippi
In a few short hours we will say good by to job site coordinator Mike as he leaves for a short visit
back home and then heads to California for a job at a summer camp. Camp manager Jessi will
have dinner with our group this evening and in a few weeks will be off on another adventure half
way around the world. The people in this town, residents and workers alike, have captured our
hearts once again. We leave to return to our homes and families in the morning. We are anxious
to reunite with our families and sleep in our own beds, but we carry a small piece of Pearlington with
us as we go.
